Ingredients:
1 oz Grappa
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Lemon twist to run around the rim of
glass
Splash of Pinot Nero
Garnish:
1 Wild Hibiscus Flower (Are sold at http://www.urgifts4allseasons.com)
Directions:
In a shaker, combine the grappa, simple
syrup, and lemon juice.
Shake with ice.
Strain into champagne flute and add ice to
rim.
Gently, layer Pinot Nero on top and garnish
with a Wild Hibiscus Flower turned inside out.
Before serving, rub lemon twist along rim
of glass and leave aside.
