BANANA'S FOSTER MUFFINS

Ingredients
1 - 13 oz pouch of PRALINE ROYALE WAFFLE MIX
The waffle mix can be found at http://www.urgifts4allseasons.com/

2 - large eggs...
1 - very ripe large banana
2 - Tbsp water
1 - tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Pour entire pouch of ROYALE WAFFLE MIX into a large bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs with the vanilla and the water.
Add the egg, water and vanilla mixture to the bowl of waffle mix and briefly stir, just until incorporated.
Smash the banana and add to mixture.
Stir well.
Fill muffins tins 2/3 to 3/4 full.
Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before serving

Could be made GLUTEN FREE by using GLUTEN PRALINE ROYALE WAFFLE MIX. 

 

 

Cheesecake Eclairs

Make one package of our White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is found at our website at http://www.urgifts4allseasons.com/
Mix as directed on the package, minus the graham cracker crust.
Put mixture in a freezer bag and ...cut a hole.
Pipe onto one lady finger and top with another.
Microwave about 1/2 cup of store-bought chocolate frosting for 5 seconds.
Stir and spread on top of lady fingers.
Chill in refrigerator.
