BANANA'S FOSTER MUFFINS

Ingredients
1 - 13 oz pouch of PRALINE ROYALE WAFFLE MIX

2 - large eggs...
1 - very ripe large banana
2 - Tbsp water
1 - tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Pour entire pouch of ROYALE WAFFLE MIX into a large bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs with the vanilla and the water.
Add the egg, water and vanilla mixture to the bowl of waffle mix and briefly stir, just until incorporated.
Smash the banana and add to mixture.
Stir well.
Fill muffins tins 2/3 to 3/4 full.
Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before serving

Could be made GLUTEN FREE by using GLUTEN PRALINE ROYALE WAFFLE MIX.

CARAMEL OATMEAL COOKIES

Ingredients

1 - 13 oz pouch of PRALINE ROYALE WAFFLE MIX

8 - Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 - cup vegetable oil
1/2 - cup sugar
1/2 - cup brown sugar
2 - large eggs
1 - tsp vanilla extract
2 - cups Quick Cooking Oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixer with paddle attachment, cream together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the butter mixture and blend. Slowly add the entire pouch of PRALINE ROYALE WAFFLE MIX and blend. Add 2 cups of Quick Cooking Oats and gently stir. Chill for one hour. Roll the dough into one-inch balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 12 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from the parchment. Makes approximately 5 dozen cookies. 

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients 1 - 13 oz pouch of GLUTEN FREE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WAFFLE MIX

2 - large eggs
1/2 - cup water
4 - Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 - cup peanut butter chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Grease a muffin pan or use baking cups. Pour entire pouch of GLUTEN FREE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WAFFLE MIX into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat 2 large eggs and 1/2 cup of water and then add 4 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Pour liquid mixture into the bowl of waffle mix. Blend together until well incorporated. Stir in 1/2 cup of peanut butter chips. Divide batter among muffin cups. 
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 
Cool completely and frost with your favorite frosting or serve with a dollop of whipped topping. Makes approximately 12 cupcakes.
