CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients 1 - 13 oz pouch of GLUTEN FREE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WAFFLE MIX

2 - large eggs
1/2 - cup water
4 - Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 - cup peanut butter chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin pan or use baking cups. Pour entire pouch of GLUTEN FREE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WAFFLE MIX into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat 2 large eggs and 1/2 cup of water and then add 4 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Pour liquid mixture into the bowl of waffle mix. Blend together until well incorporated. Stir in 1/2 cup of peanut butter chips. Divide batter among muffin cups.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely and frost with your favorite frosting or serve with a dollop of whipped topping. Makes approximately 12 cupcakes.
