Mudslide Martini

2 oz Chilled Patron
2 oz Chilled Bailey's Irish Cream liquor
1 oz Cold Milk
2 scoops vanilla Ice Cream...
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup

Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into martini glass.
Dust rim with Wild Hibiscus Pyramid Salt Flakes.

Wild Hibiscus Purple Haze



Ingredients:
1 oz Grappa
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Lemon twist to run around the rim of glass
Splash of Pinot Nero

Garnish:
1 Wild Hibiscus Flower (Are sold at http://www.urgifts4allseasons.com)

Directions:
In a shaker, combine the grappa, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
Shake with ice.
Strain into champagne flute and add ice to rim.
Gently, layer Pinot Nero on top and garnish with a Wild Hibiscus Flower turned inside out.
Before serving, rub lemon twist along rim of glass and leave aside.

REGAL DAIQUIRI


• 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. Creme Yvette
• 1/2 oz. OYO Honey Vanilla Vodka
• 1 1/2 oz. Silver Rum...
• 4 oz. small ice
• Wild Hibiscus Flower (Can be found at http://www.urgifts4allseasons.com)

Combine in a blender and flash blend for 5-7 seconds.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a ½ lime and perhaps a Wild Hibiscus Flower.

Do not be surprised how many people think this garnish is so special.
It’s just a Wild Hibiscus Flower on a lime half. Takes about 20 seconds to do.

The Ruby Sipper


1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Fresh squeezed red grapefruit
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Ruby Port
Dash of Bitters
Build in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
